No Running In the Hall!

I was in a very long hallway.  The ceiling was all crossed branches.

There were lots of doors.

God said "Walk forward."

I tried, but it seemed like I moved very slowly, and didn't make much progress.

I said "I move very slowly here."

God said "I know."

This is what I feel I was taught by this dream:

Gal 6:9 NASB Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.

Things do not happen in our timing the way we like.  It's up to us to have faith that we'll get there when we get there.  God's timing is not our timing.  It's not for us to know sometimes when things will happen or why they seem to take so long.

God's ways are not our ways, especially with the "microwave mentality" I seem to have been steeped in.

This dream was just before I heard a sermon on the difference between going with God's plan versus splashing and kicking and trying to force our own way down the river.
